Staying connected during severe weather

Comcast operates more than 5,700 WiFi hotspots in its Keystone Region, and to help residents and emergency personnel stay connected during the upcoming nor’easter, we are opening up those XFINITY WiFi hotspots beginning today through Monday morning to anyone who needs them – including non-XFINITY Internet subscribers.

To access XFINITY WiFi hotspots, users should:

  • Select the xfinitywifi network name from their list of available WiFi networks and open a new browser.
  • Customers should log on with their Username and Password and will automatically be connected at all XFINITY WiFi hotspots in the future.
  • Non-customers should log-in through the “Not an XFINITY Subscriber” section to start their session. Non-customers will be able to renew their complimentary sessions every two hours through Monday morning, March 26.

For a map of XFINITY WiFi hotspots, which are located near shopping districts, parks and businesses, visit www.xfinity.com/wifi. Residents who are without power and live near our regional Xfinity Stores can also take advantage of power strips available in those stores to plug in and power up their mobile devices.
