Use any of these methods to manage appointments, pay bills, check outages or troubleshoot X1. To get started, go to xfinity.com/getstarted to create your XFINITY username and password and start accessing content from all of your devices.
Did you know you can access My Account on X1 – no sign-in required! Go to Settings and select My Account to check your bill and make payments from the comfort of your couch. Just say “WiFi” with your Voice Remote to view your WiFi network name and password. You can even program your remote and troubleshoot X1 by pressing A and selecting Remote Setup, Restart or X1 System Refresh.
Using the My Account mobile app on your smartphone or tablet lets you get outage status if your in-home connection isn’t available due to a power outage.
From your desktop, it’s easier than ever to set up an upgrade or change service, auto-pay, schedule single payments, perform express bill pay and manage paperless billing. You can even check your local channel lineup and schedule recordings when you’re away from home.
