The Pittsburgh-based Workforce Operations team, known internally as Comm Ops, recently opened a completely redesigned Center of Excellence for the Keystone Region, which serves parts of Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland. Bringing these teams together will facilitate cooperation, learning and efficiency and thereby improve processes that lead to quicker service installations or repairs and directly impact our customers and save them time.
Facility improvements like this are just one part of Comcast’s continued emphasis on the customer experience, from simplified billing to more robust digital self-service solutions via the My Account app to investments in our network that bring more WiFi hotspots and faster internet speeds – and more value to your subscription.
