This month, members of Comcast’s Black Employees Network (BEN) collected 141 full turkey dinners for families throughout Comcast’s Keystone Region. Employees from Pittsburgh, Lebanon and Harrisburg distributed dinners and cash donations to the following organizations:
- Greater Washington County Food Bank
- North Hills Food Bank
- Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh
- Lebanon County Christian Ministries
- Lebanon Family Health Services
- Alternative Rehabilitation Communities
- Hamilton Health Center Healthy Families
- Latino Hispanic American Community Center
- YWCA Women’s Shelter
- UPMC
- Dauphin Co Drug and Alcohol Recovery
- Shalom House
BEN is one of six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that Comcast sponsors in the region. Comcast’s ERGs are dedicated to growing and developing the careers of our employees, contributing to community service, and building an inclusive and collaborative workplace. Open to all employees, our ERGs are voluntary, employee-led organizations that help to foster employee awareness and respect in the workplace.
