Marine dealership employs Comcast Business to seamlessly facilitate employee and customer communications during COVID-19

CENTRAL CITY, PA – June 16, 2020 – Comcast Business today announced that Indian Lake Marina relies on Comcast Business phone solutions to link their two office locations and ensure seamless communications with their staff, mechanics and customers.

Located in Somerset County, Indian Lake Marina provides a suite of boating services, including sales, rentals, servicing and storage. With the start of boating season amidst COVID-19 and current stay at home orders, Indian Lake Marina required a reliable phone system that would allow employees to work virtually, but still maintain connection with their office locations and mechanical team.

The marina selected Comcast Business VoiceEdge, a cloud-based, voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone service solution, to help its operations and giving staff the ability to receive and make phone calls directly through the VoiceEdge app from the safety of their own homes. The VoiceEdge system has also allowed them to receive voicemails by email, making it easier to transcribe, respond to and log new messages and requests right into their computer.
