Toni Murphy Appointed to Board of The Pittsburgh Foundation

Toni Murphy has been appointed to The Pittsburgh Foundation’s board of directors. Murphy is Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Keystone Region, overseeing the organization’s operational, strategic and financial performance across areas serving western, central and northeastern Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, northern West Virginia and the Maryland panhandle. The Region is headquartered in Pittsburgh, where Murphy is based.  

“Toni brings to our board a career history of exceptional performance and a far-reaching record of service to her community that is perfectly aligned with the Foundation’s commitment to providing equitable opportunity for all Pittsburgh residents,” said Pittsburgh Foundation President and CEO Lisa Schroeder. “Anyone who knows Toni, knows that she is an innovative solution-seeker who adds a spirit of can-do optimism into any room she occupies.” 

Murphy joined Comcast in 2008, holding positions in the Chicago and California Regions in Business Support & Analytics and Business Development, respectively, before being named the Keystone Region’s Vice President of Project Management in 2015. In 2017, she was named Vice President of Comcast Business for Keystone, Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2019 and has served as the region’s top executive since 2021.
